This link will also redirect you to the same page but this time the 6-digit store number you need to enter will be present on the back of your Survey card.
STEP 3: Once these details are submitted, you can proceed with the feedback survey.
Here you will be asked a few questions which you need to answer based on your experience. These questions will be available with multiple choice as ratings, you just need to provide a rating based on your experience.
5 stars: It implies that you have a wonderful experience with Baskin-Robbins and you feel that the company is running really well and is doing a very great job. 5 stars to a particular question imply that the customer is happy with the kind of products and services provided by Baskin-Robbins.
4 stars: It implies that although the customer is satisfied with the organization still there are some changes which if done would be beneficial for the organization.
